Accessibility Statement
Shepaz is committed to providing equitable, respectful, accessible, and professional services to all its clients, as well as to everyone who visits our office or website. We place great importance on the accessibility of both our physical and digital environments, and we operate in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act of 1998 and its associated regulations.
Accessibility of the Office and Complex
The Shepaz office is located in Building 8, Future Park Tel Aviv, and utilizes parking lot 6 of the park.
Future Park maintains strict accessibility arrangements, including:
– Accessible parking spaces in car park 6 on all floors, as well as additional accessible parking spaces adjacent to the park buildings—for standard vehicles (buildings 1, 2, 3, 7, 10) and for tall vehicles (buildings 1, 5). Some parking spaces require payment; however, visitors with a disabled permit are entitled to an exemption upon presentation of the appropriate certificate.
– Accessible entrances to all buildings, including our offices in Building 8.
– Accessible public restrooms for people with disabilities are available in all buildings at central locations, including the lobby of Building 8.
– Visitors with service animals and guide dogs, as well as those using mobile (cinematic) aids, are welcome.
– Reception areas in buildings 4 and 8 are equipped with hearing aid systems (induction loops).
– The complex is designed and managed with a full understanding of the importance of accessibility, and regular training is provided to service teams to ensure the ongoing maintenance of an accessible and respectful work and service environment.
Accessible Service
– Telephone, email, and other contact methods with the office are accessible to all clients. You may contact us through these channels and inform us if special assistance or adjustments are required.
– Customer service procedures include comprehensive training in accessibility for all staff members.
Website Accessibility
The Shepaz website complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights Regulations for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments), GDPR—2013, and adheres to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (No. 5568) and the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at AA level.
– The site is optimized for use with modern screen reader programs (NVDA recommended) and is easily navigable by keyboard.
– Accessibility tools such as text resizing, contrast adjustment, link highlighting, legible fonts, and more are available on the site.
– Documents or files uploaded to the site before January 2023 may not be fully accessible; we are happy to provide any material in an accessible format upon request.
– Accessible information will be provided to any requester at no cost. You can contact the Accessibility Center or the office’s customer service.
